Fix: Change the interrupt assigned to the video card from the BIOS Setup\Settings\PCI & AGP Devices or force it from Control Panel\System\Devices. If that does not work, change the interrupt of the other device (using the same method) or plug the other device in another slot. See the mainboard manual for a list of interrupts and their slots.
